well, do you? i normally don't. but there are times in the past when i tend to do workouts only to shake off the guilt from my delectable indulgences.

I work out daily but when i'm feeling guilty about pigging out or something i'll go for an extra walk or a jog to make up for it.. like on the 4th.. i'm more then likely gonna end up drinking a lot.. and we all know that is fatty.. so i will be working out double on the 5th or maybe 6th depending on how i feel the next day lol

I have to admit that sometimes I get that feeling, but I have a tendency to bulimia and anorexia, so it's not uncommon for me to start thinking that way. Actually, there is a kind of bulimia where they don't vomit like the bulimia that most people know about, but they exercise compulsively every time they think they overeat. I try to keep this in mind if I feel the compulsion to do that because it's not healthy. It's OK to indulge from time to time, just try to start anew the next day.

I don't usually exercise because I feel guilty from eating too much. I do, however, but I do exercise when I feel weighed down from eating too much. I hate the feeling of always having food in my stomach. I like to workout to get rid of that feeling.

Actually, if you worked out more, you probably wouldn't give in to those indulgences. You dont wont to waste a work out.
