A few months ago I watched this cool animation/motion picture film about dreams and being able to control a lucid dream etc. It's a shame I don't remember what the film was called... But anyway, I looked through some sites too and it said it was possible to control your dreams... Has anyone done this before or know of it? Is it all a load of bull or is it ture? =/

yes... sometimes i feel like im falling from a bottomless pit or something... and sometimes i dont woke up easily... you know even i shout out laud or call my parents its just that they dont hear me. that was my experience when i control my dreams. there was a time that one of my very unforgetful dream that i want to happen in my life... i sow this beautiful young girl that i talk to in my dream. she was so lovely and the most sad part of it i dont get her name so that i find it who she was but what can i do it was a dream... did you dream of any celebs in your country or even your school mate? if you ask me i dream of it many times now... i wish it was not a dream anymore when i wake up....

I dream about completly random stuff ALL the time, but yes, there's always celebritys or my friends in my dreams... pretty much 99% of the time... what does that mean? or is it just because they are the people that are close to me?

i know someone that able to control his dream, if you know game such gta(grand theft auto) where you can control your character to do everything, then he also able to manipulate that dream. I heard its something that able to train it, but dunno how. Well its cool if you can do that, seem like you have your own world. But again if you do lot activities in your dream, sometimes it could disturb your rest too, since your brain, mind and soul not fully rest. I just prefer to dream only several time, rather than everyday, and always hopes to avoid bad dream, since it really disturb me and make me more tired.

Your right, you can train yourself to control your dreams. It takes practice. The first thing you have to do is start realizing you are dreaming. The more you do this the more you will be able to control your dreams. I am still working on it, and sometimes I can do it and sometimes I can't.

Wow, that sounds pretty cool. And yes, I know GTA (Played and completed them all haha). But yeah... I wanna learn how... The movie I watched said you first have to realise that you're in a dream etc. etc. kinda like stages of admiting something that your in denail about... but in a dream kind of sense =/ lol... Aslong as I don't get nightmares yeah, They do wake you up in the middle of the night and then just stop me from sleeping properly for the rest of the night... My nightmares are always trivial non-scary things too =/

I've been in dreams and realized I was dreaming because of the very odd dream it was. I knew it was not reality at the time. Its too odd to mention as I don't feel comfortable doing so but it was cool though.

I believe it is true that you can control your dreams. I have read a lot about lucid dreaming. That is the whole key to it. If you realize that you are dreaming and can keep dreaming without waking up, you can take an active role in your dreams. I have successfully controlled my dreams before, but not with any consistency.

Dreams are images that are running through your brain while you sleep (or awake if you daydream =P) So really I wouldn't of thought you could control them.
