If you've given a chance to go back in time? Year, month and day of your choosing for 30 minutes who would you meet and why? What are you going to do with that time?

I would like to go back intim to about 1 hour before the drawing for the 364 million dollar lottery drawn. I would have the correct numbers for the ticket. I could help somany people that I know with that money. Now that is a dream!
