When do u enjoy Fruit in Brakefast ,Lunch or Dinner.

Eating fruit is good for health. I use to eat Fiber rich fruit in the morning and jucy fruit in the afternoon. It gives me satisfaction. To maintain your body fit fiber fruits. It maintains and regulate the digestion system.To my views fruit should be an important part of daily eatings schedule. What do u think of ingredients in the fruit.

I like eating fruits very much, especially juiceful fruit eat fruits between brakefast and lunch, between lunch and dinner. Because of that fruits can increase appetition and promote digestion effectively.It is said that some fruits cannot be eaten when the stomach is empty, for example, persimmon, hawthorn, orange, and banana

I love fruit any time of day. I like a piece of fruit or a fruit smoothie in the morning but also enjoy a nice crispy apple at lunch and/or as an evening snack.
