Tips For Better Sleep

1.keep regular bedtime hours; 2.exercise every day,but not shortly before bedtime since exercise gets the adrenaline going; 3.buy a firm mattress and keep your bedroom well ventilated; 4.if you use an illuminated clock for a wakeup alarm, place it where you can not keep looking at it to check the time; 5.do not use your bed for reading,doing paperwork,watching TV,snaking,or making phone calls. Do you have trouble with insomnia--either can't fall asleep,or awake prematurely and unable to get back to sleep?

hahhahahahahaha.... wat a joke!! these thing doesn't matter in your sleep... when u sleep the only thig required is peacefullness.. wat dumb things r u talking about?? sleep comes naturally... just sleep.. and when u wake fr the first time frm ur sleep without ne distubance.. u sleep is done.. u'l be fresh again..
