Rolo desert, yogurt or not?

Rolo Yogurt - This is the yogurt I am talking about.

Ok, so im having a Rolo Desert in work and I call them Rolo Yogurts. The guy sitting next to me is telling me its not a yogurt but I disagree. Its in the yogurt section of the supermarket and even though it doesnt say yogurt on the pot, in my eyes its a yogurt. I did try and upload a picture but it didnt work. So what is your verdict? Nestle Rolo Desert, yogurt or not?
