We usually use an artificial tree, but I really prefer a real one. It makes the house smell so good! The only problem with a real tree is the needles all over the floor that you constantly have to clean up.

artificial is better unless you leave somewhere where you can get real trees...

I have an artificial tree, but I truly prefer a real one. I love the smell. and we have a tree farm close by that the trees are full of pine cones. Once the tree is settled, you can hear the pine cones open. You just can not get that from a fake tree!

I love real Christmas trees because they just seem like a tradition, plus i love everything about them especially the smell. i think it's worth the extra effort.

I use an artificial tree as we don't have real tree that is intended for Christmas tree, so that leave us no choice but to use artificial one.

We've actually had one artfically and a real and we prefer to do artfical tree because the last time we did put up a real tree i had a lot of cleaning to do from the tree so we dont do that anymore.

I think that an artificial tree is easier to adorn. The ornaments can stay on better if you just bend the branches, because they're like wires on the inside, at least, for ours. The homey smell of the real one can be replaced by a pine candle or some potpourri.. did I just say homey? You know what I mean!
