The house I'm living in is owned, but I'm still living with my parents. My boyfriend lives with me along with my sister and her boyfriend as well. Its only a 2 bedroom therefore my boyfriend and I are sleeping in the living room on an air mattress. I'm hoping to get out soon even if I have to rent it and then eventually we'll get a home. Right now I'm just ready to get out of here:)

You do not have to be sad friend for this is the life for that we always want to pursue things we need in our daily life to fulfill those dreams that we have in the future.... Cheer up there is nothing you have to be sad and you are not alone....

I own the place that I am living in right now but I have a huge mortage. Housing is really expensive in Malta and the wages are not that high.

well in my country 90% of the population are renting. most of us get a flat built by the government on a leasehold. it works almost like buying a flat, except we don't really own it. we take a housing loan to pay for the lease which is for 99 years. we can 'sell' the remaining lease to others for a profit (or loss). we can renovate it the way we like, as long as certain rules are followed. as yes, i have my 'own' flat from the government. it really feels wonderful to have my 'own' place. cheers ;p

Actually, i'm in between homes. I just bought a house for me and my daughter. However, we haven't moved all of our stuff yet, so we're renting AND we just bought a house. I figured that it would be easier and cheaper to buy a house than spend $600 on rent every month.

We are also renting a place here in Kuwait for I cannot afford to have a new house for now so in this reason I told my wife that we will invest to have it first in the Philippines in Cebu in which we bought already a part of Land and now we are still investing to have a new house in the future and for my rent I am also renting the place that we have now for a 200KD in Kuwaiti Dinar and each of the dinar is exchange to 3.4 dollars....so we are also renting a house which is 600 dollar in a month it depends on the currency of dollar......

I also have 2 storey house in my hometown in which I bought it for my family back home in the Philippines but owning here in Kuwait is such a very big issue for it is really expensive unless if the Government would approved our application to have our own house in the near future.....and we would pay it in the bank as loan.

I have been renting rooms and houses since I came here in Cebu. I already have my own family here and I wanted to have a house to call my own. This latest dwelling place we are renting now is so simple but it is a complete house, as compared to those previous place that we lived in.
