Do you think manicure is too difficult to DIY?

Recently I fall in love doing manicure. I have a set of Konad nail art which I can use it to stamp the pretty image onto my nails. Some people said that it is very difficult, but I found it can be done on my own. 2 days ago, I bought a set of French manicure kit. Even though my first trial was not too successful, the white line is not clean cut, but I believe practice can make it perfect. So, do you do manicure by yourself or you just pay for the service? If you are DIY, please share your experience. :)

Recently, in order to cut down on expenses I stopped going to get my UV gels. I let my natural nails grow and now I do a french on my hands and toes usually once a week. The first time the white was a little uneven, especially on my right hand, because I'm right handed, but now I can do it so quickly it's like I went out to get it done.

ya, I agree with you, French manicure is not too difficult. I use sticker to guide me draw the white part. :) I think I can finish my fingernails within 30mins. With that, I can save $25 (Ringgit Malaysia). The French Manicure kit that I got just costs less than $10. I think I can use it for at least 20 times. :)

Actually, it's really easy to do it on your own. Way back when I was still in college, all of us in the room would have different colors of nail polish and would plainly mind our own manicuring.

Doing things together with friends is always fun. How I wish to have many different colours of nail polish and can play with them. Thanks for sharing with me.
