I have been working out in the gym from past 1 year. Now my muscles are not growing at all. I have not consumed any supplements till date. Kindly suggest me should i take supplements for muscle growth???? Are their any side effects of these supplements??? And which supplement brands are the best? Kindly help me out because their are many young boys like me who do not have any guidance.......... Help me and all those young people by posting ur replies........ Thanx!!!!!

Maybe it isn't supplements you need...probably a new workout plan, more sleep, more food or water... If you want a supplement maybe some protein or creatine. take protein right after you workout.you can also take casien protein. take that before you go to sleep because that's when the muscle grows, when you're asleep.

how old are you anyway? contact and always work out with a best trainer. sometimes u might just be doing work outs and not muscle building techniques. instead of supplements try to eat a lot of sprouts and fruit juice without sugar. that will help u maintain the energy levels and most of all drink lots of water
