What are the best message forum sites?

I would like to know where are the best websites for setting up personal message boards? I received an email from MSN yesterday, telling me that their groups are closing down in Feb. of this nex year. I am aware of Yahoo and the In-Jesus christian boards. But are there others that are good, and if so where can I find them? Thank you
