I have heard that if we drink more water it is good for health

Hi all i heard this lot times if we drink more water it is very good for health. But i don't know how well it saves our life and what are the main advantages

Yeah drinking lots of water is good for you. ATleast 8 glasses of water is good. It gives shining to your skin, cleans the inner parts, helps good digestion, helps to be hydrated always,

What do you mean by more? I think we should drink plenty of water, never too lot nor too little. Someone said we should have eight glasses of water. Here is a small tip from me: in the morning you should drink a glass of water of a little salt before you have you breakfast, that will help you to excrete the toxin in your body; in the evening you should drink a glass of water of a little honey, that will keep your body young. Just have a try.

Yes if we drink more water It is good for health.It reduces the heat generated in the body.It also helps the remove toxins from the body.It helps keep the eyes moist.Also it prevents hair fall.

It is good to drink water in a regular basis with the right amount. But if you drink too much water there's a sickness that it brings. Better to stick to 8 glasses a day, that's the ideal amount. Have a nice day.

It is right. Water purifies our body and dehydrated. If we take water in empty stomach its purifies whole stomach and send the waste in the form of urine or swept. It very helpful to our body. Happy to share.

yes.. its 200% true. that too if you take atleast half liter water after your brushing, that gives you additional benefit. it helps in free motion release & makes the total body completely fresh!

Hi naturecode,You had heard that drink water is very good for health but did you heard that if you drink too much water like (three liters of water)everyday,you will get water intoxication.We only had to drink enough water for our body,not too little and not too much.

It is better to have 8-10 glasses of water per day. If some body is having Blood pressure and the salt intake alon with water will crete more problems. The BP readings will be incresed. The water in the body will be mainted & monitored by the kindneys. If some body is suffering form diabtic / kidney probelm, then their critene reainds will be incresed, if water is taken more. For a normal / good health prson, in-take of water 8-10 galsse, may not create any probelsm, rather help the sysetm.

ya it is right, and 100% true yes if we boild drink more water loss fat,water purifies our body dehydrated
