Do you play online games?

I agree that students should not be skipping school to play, hopefully someone will take charge and do something about it. I see nothing wrong with playing online games, but with moderation, I do like it myself and have few favorite websites I go to very often. That's true it's time consuming and addictive. Some of you may know that computer gaming is recognized nowadays as addiction and treated as for example substance abuse. So beware everyone! As for the noisiness - lucky me I don't go to internet cafes and don't suffer from noisy teenagers. I keep quiet whenever playing online, I always mute the game and get my favorite music on, so I can relax double way.

Yeah, I enjoy playing online games. Playing together with others is really fun too. Actually I like to play games, but I understand that it's very time consuming too. So, I hardly play. Here, many students, even primary school students always play online game in internet cafe too, which is not a good culture.

I only play online games like the ones in yahoo... but with the ones played by students in internet station... i have never tried that... when i was a teacher... that was one of our problem... students skipping school to play those games....or that they do not make their homework or study for exams because of such activities... In my area... internet stations are not suppose to allow students to play internet games during school hours... if they are caught doing that... they will lose their business license...

Yes, and I also have my own online games website, there's a link to it in my profile. As I just said in another post, it's only small and it's my first attempt at building a website, so I don't think it's that bad at all though i am planning on making some improvements now that I know a bit more about what I am doing.

Nope! I think it's complicated and noisy. I once went to a computer shop to have a document scanned and I saw these young people very busy doing attacks to their playmates. Yeah, its just for past time but these teenagers and even adults are too addicted that they spend their whole day in computer shops. Hmp ^^/

i have heard it is addictive,so i have not ventured to find out what it is.i have ample of other responsibilitiesi think students are not at all responsible in their young days.
