What time of the day you find most suitable to work to your maximum abilities?

I find the morning period highly conducive so as to wind up my maximum projects. It is the time when I really feel I peak to the fullest of my abilities. As an editor, I meet up the authors in this period, teleconference and call up the freelancers to disribute the papers. What do you feel?

I am really a night person. I think and work best at night when everyone else around the house fast asleep. During the daytime, there are usually a lot of distractions for me like friends and clients calling, meetings, the kids coming home from school with loads of homework, etc. While that is still part of my "work", I can't say I am at my "peak of brainpower" during this time. I'd much rather I get these things out of the way first before I really sit down and attack my workpile.

Thanks for the response. The night time is rapidly appearing the favorite. In fact, it is true that on can solidly focus with sharpest brain power at the night time when thedistractions are minimum. Happy my lotting.

I am also a writer/editor and I work from home. I am most productive around midnight up to early morning while my kids are still asleep and I have enough peace and quiet to think and write. Of course when I need to interview somebody or attend a press conference, I have to adhere to the time schedules already set :)

Thanks for the response. Kudos to all your hard work only supermoms like you can juggle so much, I really salute your spirit of not only nurturing values but being creative as well. Though I have a small three year old kid myself, I feel so exhausted and my productivity really declines after all the kitchen work. Happy my lotting.
