Conflict scenes in movies and shows

If I'm watching a movie or tv show with like an upcoming secne that has a major fight, argument, or conflict, my body will get tense, and sometimes I'll change the station and put it back. Or if not, I just can't wait for that scene to pass. I know it's a show or movie, but I cannot stand seeing the conflicts, I just want it to hurry and be over. Even knowing that the situation will be resolved, I still get this feeling. I hate conflicts and arguments in life so much, I think I hate them in movies just as much. Is anyone else like this, or am I the only one with a problem? lol.

howdy, dont worry.. me is same like you.. i hate watching 'fight scenes', 'shooting scenes', whatever violent scenes.. i just hate them.. especially nowadays, the movies, because they want to make look 'so real', it is really becoming toooo real for me... i dont see how people can see bullet holes in a man's head or chest, blood oozing out the mouth, or nose... i just cant stand it... and i make sure i change the channel especially if my children is watching the tele with me... * the only fight scenes i'll let my children watch would be in 'kungfu movies', jackie chan or jet li..

I get like that too some times. I can just feel my body start to tense up and my heart start to race. It can be very stressful sometimes. That's why I try not to watch anything with too much drama before I go to bed.
