Are you easily scared

I used to be really easily scared at movies, I couldn't go out onto the landing after I had watched urban legends. Now no movie seems to scare me at all. I fell asleep during saw 2 and I thought the toolbox murders was just dull. Do you get scared? Do you check under the bed, I used to!

Normally, I'm not easily scared. There are, however, two films that absolutely spook the heck out of me! The first is an old 60s Hammer horror movie called "The Asphyx" which sends chills down my spine if I watch it. The other is "Event Horizon" - this one scared me crazy because I knew NOTHING about it when I watched it. I was expecting a science-fiction action flick and watched it around midnight. Oops!

I hate it when that happens! Also they put these films on that terrify some people and they have to put them on later because of the watershed but they out on people being murdered and maimed and it's like OK films over off to bed now

Well sometimes I still get scared with horror movies, especially asian horror movies..but being scared is just a state of mind, and I know you can control it..I like watching horror movies by my self though, cause i hate it when someone disturbs my concentration while watching..but being alone boosts your sensitivity to your surrounding, which makes the creep out of me..its a lot of fun though LOL

I get easily startled when I'm watching a movie, particularly if it's the sort where the bad guy pops up out of nowhere. But I don't usually get scared too badly when I watch movies, unless I watch scary stuff when I'm home alone. Then I have to turn on all the lights in the whole apartment, just to make sure nothing is lurking! :)

I know that feeling,it's different when you are alone! Did you ever watch nip/tuck, I was terrified that the carver was hiding in my house!

I used to have a serious problem with getting scared by horror movies, I mean having to sleep with the lights on scared. But anymore, I think nothing can scare me. I think "The Grudge" came closer to it than anything has in like 10 years.

Urban legends isn't a scary movie but neither is Saw 2 really. I don't get scared easily because I'm usually the one who does the scaring. I like to write thriller or horror movies because I think they're the most interesting genre of movies.

No, not really. I love se scary moivies. Steven King and Wes Craven is my favorites. And they still go for me. The scary movies of today are overdoing and do not have that impact as I would like they to have. You see a scary movie for a reason and if theat reason do not affect you, there is no use to watch it, is there. The shark is also OK and do have some afffect on me, Not these days, but when I was younger, still knowing we do not have any shars in our waters here in Sweden, I had problems going in to waters. Here is my list of favorites, and I still do enjoy them. Terror on Elm Street Halloween Scream number one (the others were crap) The shark
