what do you most often dream about?

It's quite strange having recurring dreams. They say there is some kind of a message or meaning behind it. I tried searching for the meanings and well, I don't want to say it's not true but it could be possible. I usually dream about a long and winding road, sometimes I would be in a familiar place then after a while I'll get lost, thinking that I've mastered the place and I could easily get my way out of it. I also dream about elevators, having been confused on what floor shall I take, making segues ending up in a wrong floor. Another would be school,sometimes I see myself handlong the class or I would be in the class, becoming a student again. And the last, I would dream about water. It could be ocean, flood or river. Sometimes it's clean and sometimes it's not. Do you have recurring dreams? and do you know what they mean? thanks for sharing..
