Best and Cheap Domain and Hosting Provider

Can anyone suggest me a best, as well as, cheap domain and hosting provider. I'm a student who needs hosting that uses Joomla!Content Management System. Joomla will occupy only about 10-25MB of Disk Space, yet I need hosting space of about 500MB-1GB with data transfer of more than 10GB per month. I've already found Host4Cheap which offers 500mb with 15GB bandwidth, all for just $14 per annum for students. This includes Free Domain name with WhoIsGuard Protection. Is there any site similar to or cheaper than this?

godaddy.com have an offer on info domains of 0.99$ for the first year, i have hosting from hostgator.com, the cheapest package is 9.95$/month and it has 500gb space and bandwidth like 10000gb if i`m correct. Hope this helps

Thanks for your response.. But the package seems to be slightly costly than Host4Cheap. 0.99+(9.95*12)=~$120 per year.. Anyways, I'll look into this.. Thanks a for the info again.. :)
