Has anyone heard of Web Your Way?

I just wanted to know if anyone else heard of Web Your Way? I've received an e-mail from them and they are asking me to sign up and download their toolbar. Once I did that there are ad links that appeared on the side of my browser where I can click on for $0.04 each. I just wanted to know their authenticity. I've tried to scan my computer for virus but it doesn't seem to be one. It's not among the list of scam sites or programs yet. I'm just curious about this. If anyone heard of this please don't hesitate to post. Thanks!
