It's possible if he really has 17,000 referrals. That's only $.59 per referral. IF he really has 17,000 referrals. Probably a friend of the owner or something.

What If I tell you I earned $15k in NeoBux? But then after you believe I admit to you that I am not even a member. My point is anybody can say they earned so and so but you will never really know if they are telling the truth.
