Hi friends what you would like to have for breakfast which is an healthy breakfast? Do you think pizzas are good for our health. how much pizza you can eat in a day or how much you like to eat.

Pizza is my favorite food, but even I don't eat it for breakfast! OK, it's not the healthiest food, but I like to have tomatoes, peppers, and other healthy toppings on mine so it's not so bad. For breakfast I usually just have cereal -- the kinds I eat usually have a lot of fiber and essential nutrients. In fact, breakfast may be my healthiest meal of the day, especially on those days when I eat pizza!

My ideal breakfast would be bread and butter with two boiled eggs and a cup of coffee or a glass of juice. I don't think I would want to have Pizza in breakfast. I would not mind having a Pizza in lunch or dinner but definitely not in breakfast.

I think there's an awful lot of sodium in pizza, plus most of the pizza dough is made with bleached flours. My weakness is coffee in the morning (though I do drink organic coffee, with organic half & half and yes, organic sugar) I do try to eat a healthy cereal, almost always organic, with organic milk and I often add a banana to the cereal. I believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the meal that eaten many hours after your previous meal and it's at this time that the body is searching for fuel. By not giving the body the nutrients it so desperately needs will make your body sluggish and begin your body in an acidic state. I try very hard to start my son's day off with a healthy breakfast and I try to do the same for myself... it really makes a big difference. Try it for a few days, I think you'll see a big change in how you feel throughout the day! As far as how much pizza we eat... we have cut way back on pizza, though we do treat ourselves to a pizza for dinner from time to time. We have found a couple of local food stores that sell organic pizzas to heat up at home and I want try one real soon, as my 2 boys love eating pizza (and thankfully they love eating organic food!)

Pizza is my favorite Food and I could eat it all the time. Since I don't want to be way big I only eat it once a week. We usually always eat pizza on Sundays, now if I was a skinny Minny I would eat it all the time.

I have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with fruit. I love pizza but I cannot eat it for breakfast. It is way too high in fat for me to eat for breakfast.

hi manoj...i would like to have idli or dosa as my breakfast.i also like pizza,but i like to have in the evening. i like pan pizza and chicken stuffed pizza.i would eat three to four pizza's a day.more than this i can't eat.happy mylotin and have a nice day....

Energy giving foods would be great to start the day like cereals and oatmeal. Not only that it is fibrous and good for the heart. But today of all days I started eating vegetable salad. I have not done it a long time and I wanted to try the japanese ginger salad dressing I bought in the grocery store. I didn't know why I bought it but it was amazingly good. I love it. I have enver eaten pizza for breakfast and that seemed like another deviation from a normal breakfast.;-)

Certainly not pizza for breakfast. I eat traditional indian stuff like idly ( steamed rice dumplings), dosa fermented savoury pancake etc. A glass of orange juice is a must. These products are easy to digest because they are fermented. I make sure that i have a filling breakfast, so that i am ready for action. Pizza, once in a while is o.k but considering how bad it's for health, i would rather avoid it.
