I don't think I would bother reporting the person, It seems like to much of an effort with no reward. Over all just a waste of my time.

If it was obivous then I would very quietly walk to a worker and tell them and point the person out. If I was not positive I would still tell a worker, but I will tell them to keep an eye on a person because it looked like they were steeling but I was not positive.

I believe I would if I was sure. That is one reason every cost so much. Beside the person may need help if it's a compulsion

No, I used to work at Walgreens, and they told us if someone was shoplifting, there really wasn't anything we could do about it anyway, so... Whatev!

I don't think i would interfere because i don't have the guts. Well, unless it was my own family then i would make them stop and put it back..

Thou shalt not steal - it's wrong
You really should have reported it, did you know you could be considered just a guilty for allowing it to happen. Every time you complain about how high the prices are remember the retailers mark things up more and more based on theft. do your part to keep law breakers where they belong

i saw a shoplifter once who got an apple and let his kid eat and then mingled with the crowd. i didn't have the guts to report it. i should have but i was thinking what if they didn't have any food and money and the kid was really starving so i just let them be.

Yes I tried to once, this man at Walmart tried to steal of all things Cereal. A box of 3 dollar cereal, he must of been hungry. I was going to report him, and I thought no, he might need it for his child.

I've actually seen somebody shoplift, I didn't report it because the girl on the till saw, but didn't do a thing about it, well she may have had a good look at them and then called the police, but I doubt it.

Yes I would report it, as long as I was sure about it. I would hate to accuse someone of doing something they wernt. Plus I would report it for the simple reason is merchants will raise the price of other goods to make up with the theft, and I dont want to pay more because someone steals

i probably wouldnt say anything because its not got anything to do with me

No because if it was a poor person and they were steeling food, I would let it go cause people do have to eat!!
