"Being" Presbyterian?

I wasn't raised in any religion, though I knew about and believed in, God. I went to several churchs with neighbors over the years, mostly catholic. It wasn't until my son was born that I really felt a need to become baptized and really get into a religion. Through my job, I got attached to this presbyterian church, the people were great and it seemed 'easy'. I got baptized four years ago in this presbyterian church and I find, I don't really know what it means to "be presbyterian". I don't know what they stand for, I know nothing about it. Do you?
