Should I leave ComparedBy?

I've been a rookie at comparedby since beginning of this month, I have $20 worth of fresh reviews ($2 each). I'm beginning to get discouraged already after reading all the comments members are posting about waiting weeks for payment, being told that their reviews are not "editorially acceptable" - that last part scares me right there because how do I know that's not bull crap they made up just so they can get out of paying someone their money? My reviews are honest and informative, I am an avid writer who is not a scammer, spammer, or churner as they refer to on the site, so therefore they have NO REASON to not accept my reviews. So they better or else I will leave. My plan was to write only reviews worth $2 each on compared by, and as for the ones people have already written reviews for on compared by, i will write a review instead on my today blog which pays $1 per post per day. So if compared by fails for me, i'll have to fall back on Today Blog completely.

Mention. I don't know if you read about it, but only the extened reviews sent till Jan 15, 2009 worth 2$ (in case of first review). According to CBU the reviews sent after Jan 15 will worth only 1$ (the 2$ incentive being fixed in February). I have 10 reviews, from which 4 were sent after Jan 15, therefore worthing only 1$ each, not 2$ (although I also have 20$ in my earnings). On another hand, on Feb 1st, you should be able to write 10 more reviews (Rookie = 10 reviews per month). At least theoretically.

whoa hold up, you're saying that everything we're writing $2 for we're really getting $1 if its after Jan. 15th? If that's the case I'm screwed.

I am in the same situation as you are on CBU. I have not been reviewed yet by the editors,so I still remain a Rookie, stuck at $20. From what I could see from their blogs, everyone should be reviewed by Feb. 10. If not, then I will give up. However, if they delete any of my reviews, or find them unacceptable,I will probably leave also. I know my reviews are clear, concise and informative.
