Ranking on mylot / myLot

How does the ranking system on mylot work ? how do we reach up in the high ranks ? and do we get more earning if we have higher ranks ?

Number of postings(NOP) or ranking; do not reciprocate the actual earnings figure belongs to a myLot member. I mean if we want to compare from one member to another regards on their "NOP", it is not the earning algorithm. Where, discussion activity earnings are calculated based on a proprietary model that rewards quality responses, relevant discussions and images. OK ~ to discern yourself in earnings areas for; 1.
