I would says that window7 is faster cause, from what I see from review it would also work on a system running 256mb ram . Further more for indication by Microsoft they learn a mistake from vista .. Vista is such memory intensive that it req at lease minimum 2GB of ram in order to run properly`

yes, i do agree that windows XP is good and stable, but windows Vista sure is a hungry machine according to my friends, Vista uses a lot of RAM, we could save some RAM to boost our graphics.

Windows 7 Beta is faster than Windows Vista in the aspect of performance. I did an experiment to find out which OS boot faster and found out that Windows 7 Beta has better performance. Moreover, Windows 7 system requirement is lower than Windows Vista, even a netbook can run on Windows 7.

I have used both of this two OS.And now i use vista.Windows 7beta still have lots bug and lots problems in compatibility. In fact windows 7 beta is more beautifu and faster than vista.Windows 7 beta is more quickly when we start our computer. And windows 7 also have its adv in game playing.I think windows 7 RC will solve its bug and compatibility problem.Just wait...

Currently using windows 7. It is certain more responsive the Vista and certainly feels faster than XP. I dont care for the 'improved' taskbar, it looks large and clunky but it works. I do have some issues with it. I had a hard time getting my sounds to work properly. The bad design on the asus site didnt help. There are some pages on firefox that makes it freeze, it happened on xp but not as long as it does on windows 7. Networking is fixed but there are issues with the other PC's on the network. YM is also kinda broken, password wont auto remember. Other than that, its been essentially smooth sailing.
