Have You Heard of MyPoints.com?

A friend of mine invited me to sign up at Mypoints.com. I check out the site and it seems okay. They are not asking you to pay anything or do anything upon signing up. You earn points by reading emails that they send and you earn points if you buy on the merchants listed on their site, you earn points by refering friends...mostly like that. Then for your points, you can redeem rewards such as gift cards. I am not quite sure about the details. Is there any one here on mylot who is familiar with MyPoints?

I'm a member of mypoints and its exactly how you stated. It's a pretty good site last month I earned enough points, which I gained a $50 Kohl gift card. I kindly went to Kohls and purchase to outfits one for me and one for my daughter. I went directly to the clearance rack I found two pair of jeans and two sweater hoodies. Not at all bad without spending your of your own cash.

oh thats good! I love shopping at Kohls, especially on the clearance rack, lol. I love the 75% off ones! About MyPoints, i just have 2 questions, do you choose the gift cards you get or they just give you one? and also, how do you know that you are due for a reward? Thanks & Happy Mylotting!

I have used mypoints but it was through buzz agent. I earned enough points to get several gift cards and handed them out at Christmas time. No one has mentioned to me any problems with using the gift cards. So I am assuming that they are good.

Oh thats good. I hope I can earn much points to hand out giftcards for Christmas. That'll surely cut the cost for holiday gifts. Happy Mylotting!

That seems to be okey too, but case to case basis. For us who are living quite far, we can not earn points by buying at the merchandise listed, same we don't have real friends to refer that would buy, so it would be poor earnings for us, I think. It sounds nice, however it seems to be related with mylot. I just heard this from you, I'm not quite familiar with it. It's nice reading emails but not enough to earn by just doing it. Thanks for posting at least we can compare it with mylot.

its always good to know that there are other sites out there that are legit ways to ear rewards. But its sad that MyPoints are only available for US & Canada residents only. Also, I am not so sure about MyPoints being related to MyLot. Anyways, have a pleasant day to you bing28!

I've been on mypoints for a couple of years now. It is very easy to use and you can accumulate points very quickly if you purchase products online. I've received many gift cards just by using the site and they've come in handy whether it's to get things for the house or clothes for us - it's great and you should definitely sign up! Good luck and have fun!

Hello Sweets I've been a member for ages but still have not gained enough points to amount to anything. I have heard that some people do well with it but it's a mystery to me how. I wish you the best of luck with it. I have been paid by a few on a regular basis.. not a whole lot but when you add them up... Msg me if you want to check out my blog about the ones that worked for me...it has become a very short list because most are just scams. xoxoxoxo

Yes, I have been earning points from MyPoints for the last two years now, and I have accumulated close to 10,000 points. It is a very good program.

I joined several months ago. Maybe 6 months. I have enough points to get a $10 gift card from a bunch of places, but I think I will wait and cash them out when I have enough points to get something bigger like a $25.

Hi lipsticknladdles - I thought I'd responded to this one before, but I guess not. Yes, I have been a member of MyPoints for many years and have earned enough points during that time to cash in many many gift cards for various things, like restaurants & department stores too. Actually, between my husband & I we cashed in our points for $110 worth of Exxon gasoline gift cards when we moved across country from California to Virginia. They really came in handy. I have also gotten gift cards for Kohl's, K-Mart, Chili's restaurant, Red Lobster & Olive Garden... to name a few. :) Jill

I have been a member of Mypoints for a long time. I have heard of people having no problems but I have found one that doesnt apply to a lot. When I joined, it said it was for residents of the US and Canada only. I am from Canada. Everything I try to join and everything they send me, is available only to US residents. I have found this very frustrating and have since not bothered lately. When I saw your discussion, I went back on as I had forgotton about this site. I entered into an offer , filled out my name and other details, got to the address and there was a drop down menu for states in the US only. I gave up again!

I have been a member of mypoints for a long time. All you have to do is visit the sites they refer you to, you earn points and then you can cash those in for gift cards. I earned some gift cards a few years back. I rarely check that email account, and forgot all about mypoints... thanks for reminding me!

Even i haven't heard of Mypoints.com till now.I have checked the site and i think that it is more beneficial for the people of countries other than India as we don't have any wallmart or any other brands that they provide as gift cards..!!

I have heard of the site, but from my understand you have to sign up for all kinds of offers to make just pennies.
