What will happen to IT and BPO industry in India now?

Obama has announced withdrawal of Tax concessions to US Firms who offload work to India, China etc, in order to boost local employment. He has done the right thing, because any country should look for safeguarding its interests first in a troubled economy like this.
This announcement has created lots of worry to the IT and IT related service Industry in India. What do you think about this? What sort of impact it will make in India? Will it cause large scale unemployment in IT Industry? Will it cause return of plenty of Indians who are in IT Industry now in US to return home? Will it lead to large scale retrenchments in IT jobs and BPO jobs in India?

i think it will be true. it also can make lots of indians to go to america in search of the job they had in india. maybe the companyes will call them, because they already know what to do.
