Do you like reading books on bed before falling sleep?

I like to read books or newspapers on bed before falling sleep.I find it can help me fall sleep quickly.Do you have this feeling?Would you like to share with me?Good luck and happy mylotting.

Yes, I like reading books while I am in the bed it is very relaxing to me after a long day.

not anymore. before, when i was single. now, i just crave a shower for a good night's sleep.

One of my favorite things to do; only thing with that is that I have no night light or flashlight. The last two times I bought a night light, they didn't work, made me mad, couldn't take them back and now I'm outta a bed light.

Yeah, I do that, but not so often because there's no sufficient light to read here in my room. I do have a lamp, but the light is yellow.. I like reading with white lights.

I feel comfortable to read in the bed, but i know it is not good for my eyes, so I try to sit to read. And I also tell my son not to read in the bed, we must protect our eyes. Happy mylotting.

I haven't that habit.I think that will be bad to your eyes.I fell asleep easily so I needn't assist other thing to sleep well.Personaly thinking,listen to the music may help you to fall asleep comfortable.

I used to like reading in bed before going to sleep but I often found that I was so involved in the book that I would stay up too late and be tired the next morning. This was before I met my husband. I don't read in bed anymore because we like to go to snuggle while falling asleep.

Yes, I do and I feel this is the best habit for those who complain of not getting sleep. Half an hour or less I feel my eyes closing and the book fall aside and I am in deep sleep. I suggest all who take a long time to fall asleep to read book or news paper on bed and it would help them immensely.
