Will you describe your first time of travel abroad. I was 18 then when I first went abroad, i cannot even forget it since it was my birthday, from Manila the plane pass by singapore, kuwait, athens greece and to Paris France, it was a long and tiring flight for others but i was never get tired for being exited to see other places. When I reached Paris the place was covered with a film of snow making the place white and it was a magnificent thing to see, I was wondering why there was few people around and i can still see the sun in the west horizon, when i asked what time was it they said ,its 1am in the early morning, it was really a surprised for me to see the sun still shining at 1am. LoL , it was a beautiful experience, how was yours? Can you share too?

I did many trips to France when I was a child. I dreamed of visiting many more countries when I was older. I got a paper round when I was 13 years old. I saved up enough money to go on my first flight in a plane when I was 14 years old. I flew from London to Athens with my mum. It was so exciting when the plane took off and as it lifted into the air I could see the landscape below. Then it went higher into puffy white clouds. When the plane began to descend I suffered severe ear pain. Ten years later a friend gave me a pair of ear planes, a plastic screw like thing that goes in my ears. I prevents me getting an ear pain. I love traveling so very very much. I have now visiting more than fifty different countries.

Wow,thats wonderful of you at 14 in order to travel you saved your own money to fly from london to athens, i wish my children will do that thing. Actually I just got off from the plane coming from Japan for a business trip and coming back home I was thingking how could i share my kids to go abroad with me and i want to share them the beauty of flying, but maybe i cannot. Most of my flights are company expense and really I am thankful to have seen a lot of countries thru this. With the earpain, I experienced that too until I met a fighter pilot who showed me how to overcome it. Thanks for your response.

The first time I travelled abroad was when I was 5 years old. We flew from London Heathrow to Johannesburg, refuelled at Jo'burg and then flew on to Durban. I remember bits of it, like my sister being so small she had to sleep on the window sill on the inside of the plane, and that we were sat upstairs on a Jumbo 747. I also remember seeing my aunts, uncles and cousins at Durban airport. That was the first time I went to South Africa, and I'm going again in July.

Wow at 5 years old , wasn't it very scary for you and dont you have pain inthe ear as the jumbo takes of or during landing. That was a nice travel but it seems very long flight. I was sent to London by my company to attend a seminar, i enjoyed my stay there, i just walk and walk with the beautiful scenery everywhere until i reached the home of the queen, but the best that i can remember was your national museum containing most of the riches of the world so to speak, trafalgar street, big ben and that was year 2000 and i find your place one of the best and i wish to see it once again. This coming sunday I am going to Japan for 4 days to attend a meeting, hope you enjoy your coming travel. Thanks for your response.
