I was just wondering if anyone has tried using apple cider vinegar for weight loss or general health. I have used it a few times when I was sick and it seemed to help. Has anyone lost weight with it. I also wanted to know if it ruins your teeth like I've heard it does.

I tried but I failed since I didnt change my diet... I think weight loss is more on changing the diet than eating food supplements

I agree with you. I've heard some people have had success with it so I just thought I'd ask.

I am taking it (organic apple cider vinegar) three times a day, 1 Tbs in a 20-ounce mug of organic apple juice, not just for weight loss but for a variety of health problems. I just started doing it yesterday. Will keep everyone posted on how it goes.

I've also heard of people losing weight with it, and the reason for this I think is the vinegar makes you feel 'full'. If you take a shot of apple cider vinegar by itself you will notice it gives you a slight burning, full sensation in your stomach. I make a dressing with it and use it on salads because it's so flavorful and the vinegar not only gives you that satisfied sensation, but it is wonderful for your digestion. I think if used enough and in combination with healthy foods and moderate excericize, there is no reason not to try! I think it could be a very useful tool with weight loss.
