What is the easiest thing to grow in your opinion in your garden. So far this year i have had really good luck with the eggplant, peppers and the tomatoes. Nothing else is growing yet, but i do see some things starting to come out of the soil finally. Hopefully they will grow some green beans and some good squash to eat.

ive had eggplant, the large black and icabon japanese style plants, i think the green beans are the easiest to grow, my tomato's are comming in red now, i have for the 1st time tried cauliflower flower plants their gigantic and fill in the landscape garden around the house. i have no luck what so ever withany kind of bell peppers' they just dont get large but im in florida and its all sand, i do put cow manure around and tilled into the soil but they still dont get big, but the hot peppers grow like weeds.

I think green beans are probably the easiest to grow. I have had a lot of luck with my tomatoes and corn too. Good luck with your garden.

If you have apart of your plot that has too much shadow, consider growing lettuce or any other leaf veggie. You seem to have made good choices. I love tomatoes from my garden: the taste is absolutly different.
