what kind of discussion can i earn money?

Hi, i'm a new guy here~
i have noticed that when i start or respond a discussion, i can earn some money from the site, but not always.
i just wonder what kind of discussion can i earn money? from discussion i type more words? or discussions i started that have lots of responds?

I see you're a new member. Well i really don't know how, but I think that your discussions must not be short ones and it must have a sense. and if you respond, it must be with quality and quantity and just post and post and you'll eventually reach payout in no time. happy mylotting too!
