Is this a credible paid to survey site???

Hi guys, i dont know if any of you mylotters use express paid surveys. It is meant to be get paid to survey site that apparently pays $5 to $75 per survey. Please if any of you mylotters have come accross it or use it can you give me your review or expereience. Thanks. much appreciated.

I think it is a scam. I belong to many survey sites. Most surveys pay between $1-$3. Paying that much money, how could they make money?
