And then gotten busy with their day forgetting to eat any breakfast? Yes, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, I know. But sometimes life gets in the way of a meal, right?

I am a caffiene addict myself. Ever since I sobered up 18 years ago my coffee intake has gotten large. I drink a few pots each day usually. I don't really eat breakfast. If I do it is just before I go to bed. HAPPY POSTINGS FROPM GRANDPA BOB!!~

I don't normally eat breakfast, it's not part of my routine. I used to be able to last until lunch or dinner time without eating and without feeling hungry or anything. Now if I don't eat by around 9 or 10 I will feel weak and shaky and will be forced to eat something. I've been told that's due to quitting smoking, the nicotine messed with my blood sugar levels, now my body has to re-adjust.

hello.. I don't normally have breakfast but i love my coffee. I have to drink coffee everyday and i should say i'm a coffee addict. Most people say drinking too much caffeine is not good but i just can't stop drinking coffee everyday. I actually don't mind not having breakfast as long as i could get my own cup of coffee. Cheers!

Nothing wrong with breakfast for dinner. It's good anytime of day or night.

I just get coffee early in the morning and I begin to work. I sometimes forget to eat breakfast because I am too engrossed in what I am doing. This is bad but this is just the way it is with me. Cheers!!

Frequently. I need coffee to function most mornings lately. My lovely son turns into Cuthulu Beast in the middle of the night and wages war against my ability to sleep. He turns back into cutey boy in the morning when the son comes up. I can skip breakfast, I need coffee.

This is 11.50 AM here.I go up at 6.30 and had my first cup of coffee. At 8.30 I had my breakfast with my second cup of coffee too. And you are right in saying that life gets in the way of a meal.Is it not strange that we all work for our meals and the same work deprives us of our meal?

I had my first cup of coffee last night. I work night so I drink mine late. I already got my pot ready for later tonight also. I will not have anymore until then, I guess. I eat at midday.

I have not had a cup of coffee today. I don't drink it regularly though. I will occasionally have a mocha as a treat the ones from McDonalds are really good. But I the only time I will have coffee at home is if I am extremely tired and need a pick me up. I feel pretty good today so I probaby will not have a coffee today.

It sounds like me just about any day of the week! I have my morning coffee and usually make my husband a cup. My husband then kind of rushes out the door and I stay at home with my son. I sometimes find something to grab and eat but my chores end up getting in the way. Then I figure out a little later that I am hungry and will make myself something light to eat. I am trying to stretch things as much as I can because we are trying to stay on a budget and it is not easy. One thing I know that I do is make sure that my five year old eats something. But of course as parents it is equally as important for us to eat so we can be in good health. After all, our children need us.
