there are two types of marketing first is online marketing and second is affiliate marketing in online marketing you get money for promoting the products of any company and get commission like 30% and on the other hand in affiliate marketing you also get residual income when you promote the site as well and also get commission on the products which you sell i am also a member of affiliate marketing site where i am getting residual income because i am promoting the site it gives 20$ for each affiliate i refer if you want to do only online marketing then there are lot of sites which you can join for free and if you want to make residual income then you need to put some money out from your pocket first to join affiliate marketing site like i have joined but benefit is residual income once you make residual income then you need not to worry about money you are putting there. ritika

If you search under internet marketing on eBay you can get books about it from 99p and e books on disc for the same price. Amazon sell some as well which are at a good price.

What kind of friend is that?? Don't know why he won't let you in on any internet marketing secrets...oh well... The great thing is you can learn a lot about internet marketing online for free! The subject is to broad to really discuss it in one post. It takes time to learn different methods that may or may not work for you. What I'd recommend is hanging out at a forum called the Warrior Forum http://warriorforum.com This forums has a lot of heavy hitters in it that freely give out great and valuable tips & tutorials on Internet Marketing. The education there is invaluable and far better that many costly ebooks.

Your best bet would be to pick up a couple of books about it on Amazon and take it from there I've brought a couple of good books from there about internet marketing and they can better explain it then I can.
