Do you complain if you don't like your new haircut?

I just went and got my hair cut yesterday at a place that I started going to a few months back. The place I normally went to started to not do the style that I wanted so I decided to try a different place, well yesterday was my third visit there and I am not sure if I am happy with this cut or not. I had a lady named Sharon cut my hair the first two times and the first time I really loved it, the second one I liked but she trimmed my sides to short and then this time I had a different lady and I don't think she went short enough with it at all even though when I was there it looked perfect but now that I have been able to wash it and style it it is still too long and I feeling like i wasted money on it because even the rest of my family agrees that you can't even tell it was cut. I don't know I know it is the next day and it's not like I can go back in now and complain, I will just have to deal with it till I go get it cut again. My husband always tells me that it is me and that I am never happy with my haircuts but that isn't completely true there was that one time that I mentioned above :) So what do you do when you get a haircut that you are not happy with~ Do you complain or just learn to like it till it grows back out?

I love having a new haircut especially if I get tired of my old hair style. Most of the time, I get great hair cut from hair stylists. There were two times in my life that I got a terrible haircut. First, it was like 15 years ago, the hair stylist cut off my hair way too short as I look like a lesbian. I complained about it and she said it would be okay if I don't pay her. So I didn't pay her services. Second time, I got a free hair cut as a model for a French salon who has students. One of their students approached me in the coffee shop and said that my hair looks great and if I am interested to have a new haircut for free. They also invited my tow other girl friends with me in the coffee shop. The three of us went home in regret for the free hair cut, the students were still practicing and too bad they don't have the skills yet.

I would complain. One time i went to supercuts to get my hair done, and the lady told me my hair was crap, and i told her i just wanted a trim because my hair was really curly and thick, and the shorter it is the bigger it gets, and she chopped it all off and gave me bangs!!! I was 16 at the time, so my mom talked to the woman and i sat in the car and cried. But then my mom helped my straighten my hair, and i got hair extensions until my real hair grew back. If you go somewhere and they do it completely wrong i would complain. It doesnt hurt anything and if they upset you bad enough, you might get something free out of it. lol.

If I'd gone to a hairdresser, paid good money and she'd ignored what I'd asked for, yes, I'd complain. If it wasn't short enough, I'd ask to have a bit more taken off. However, since I don't go to hairdressers and wouldn't dream of paying big money, if my hair isnt right its down to me. The way I see it is, its just hair...if I dont like it, I can just cut it off or live with it. Its gonna grow again &, as long as its clean its no biggie to me.

I do complain, especially when my sisters tease me about my new haircut. Whenever that happen I go out again to another beauty parlor to have my hair style according to my likes. I do too my hair relaxing and with hot oil. Sometimes with a combination of foot spa. I do this every four months. This is my way to relax and reward myself after a hard days work.

Back when I was in high school I used to not complain when I get out from the salon but compolain once I get home. There were times that I would go back a few hours after leaving because my mom or dad would say it does not look good. But now that I am older I learned that there is nothing wrong with complaining if you do not find it nice because you have the right to complain. You have paid for there services and they should do a good job. I found somebody who can cut my hair the way I exaclty like it so I always go back to that specific salon and wait for her. She hasn't failed me so far and hopefully she never fails me.

I have the same experience to you. When I see my style that I don't like .I feel angry. But it's late,it has already existed! So then I will make me keep calm, and I swore that I won't go there again. Now if I have my hair cut,I often go to the fixed baber'shop.

I will have my brother do me a favor. He is good in haircut, although he doesn't like to do it often. I can alway get help from him when my new haircut is not good enough.

yes, i complain if i don't like new hair cut as now a days boys are very crazy about their haircut style . and if they don't like upto their demand then they feel very discourage and they again complain to the hair dresser to cut like their own demand.

Yes offcourse i do. This is something nearly irreversible. If your hairs are cut too short you can only complian but cant do anything about that. What i do is try another barber next time and just try to keep silent till it grows back out. what else to do

I normally doesn't complain. When I get home I feel sorry for me for not complaining and even mad at myself and blame it all to me. Of course I do not come back to whatever is that salon.

I will definitely complain, but not to the hairdresser, LOL. I'll complain to my parents and friends, and they will start to get annoyed by me. Normally i will just wait to let my hair grow again before i go and get a cut. The thing is, i am kind of a perfectionist so if my hair wasn't cut to the way i want, i will turn emo for about a month. HAHA. i am weird, i know [:

I don't complain, I just make sure they get it right. If they don't, I ask for a couple differences. In the end I generally get what I want, but if I dont, it's not a big thing, hair grows back anyways. Not something to really worry about.

I don't normally complain. For the last three weeks I've had a shaved head, but prior to that I had hair so I understand what it's like to try and get a good haircut. Or how hard it is to try and get a good one. Once you find the barber/stylist that you like, you got to stick with them! So I would have to say that I also just learn to live with it.

If the hair cutter (what do you call 'em these days?) didn't follow my directions, I don't give him/her a tip. I just pay and leave. And learn to live with the crappy cut. It's hair- it'll grow out. If the hair cutter followed my directions - and it didn't turn out as cute as I thought. Then I give her a tip - tell her what my expectations were and she would either do one of two things: 1) recommended a trim here or there to make it better 2) apologize profusely and say "I followed your directions, I'm sorry it didn't quite live up to your expectations." It's not her fault, of course. Anyways, it's hair. It'll grow out. Don't waste too much energy on complaining. Life is too short!

People usually complain, it's the nature of a human beings to complain specially if we can't get what we want. It's because we are not perfect. But that shouldn't be the reason all the time. When I don't get what I want, I usually try to calm myself and ask the presence of Jesus Christ to work in my soul to be able to forget everything and just go on with life.

I would complain. If you cam home and washed and styled your hair then wasn't able to tell that it had been cut I'd say that was pretty drastic. I'd go back and see if they would re do it for me free of charge, refund my money, or at least get a credit so that next time it's done at a discounted rate, and I'd ask for the stylist who I am comfortable with. Next time you make an appointment to get your hair done make sure you ask to have Sharon do your hair!
