Palmbux problem?

Dear Mylotters, today I tried to open the program Palmbux to click but nothing happenned. Then I tried to open earneasycash.info and I had the same problem. It sends me a message that the server could not be found. Very BAD! Have you tried to open them? If so, do you have the same problem and do you think that the programs are scams?
