Can anyone share with me their working experience? That is working with many different races and cultures. Is it difficult to communicate? Is it hard to do work with them? Have you ever feel stress because hard to explain and hard to communicate with them?

I have worked with people that were not from this country. I had a very hard time understanding them, but they understood me. Some of them could not speak plain English and it made my job very hard.

Yes. I have same problems as you. It's hard for me to finish my work because of the problems.

I have worked for 32 years and I have worked with almost every nationality. I have never had a problem in understanding them. I have had bosses that were Chinese, Italian, German, English, Indian from India. I have also had co-workers with all different nationalities never a problem.

Sometimes I do have problems to communicate with them because of different language and different pronunciation. Hard for me to really understand what they need me to do or to help them with their work.

It may take some time to get adjusted to a new work environment with people of different cultures and nationalities. In fact, it is true the other way around too. They will need time to get adjusted with you too. Once all is understood and appreciated, things go well and happy. I have had that experience too, but after a while we are all adjusted and happy working together.

I have had one job where I had to work with people from many different countries, and I liked it very much. Some of my co-corkers didn't speak much English, and sometimes it was hard to communicate with eachother, but we always managed to understand eachother in the end. It would have been much easier if we had all been from the same country and if we all had the same language, but it would also have been a bit boring. I don't mind working with people from my own country, not at all, I just think that it is more interesting and challenging to work with a group of people from many different countries. We had some communication problems that is true, but we also learned so much from eachother

I experienced it. Involving the Chinese, India and Indonesia people. I feel the difficulty of communication and discussion, and almost every day going misunderstanding or misperception. Luckily, the project only lasted for 3 months.

I have working experienced once when I was 18 years old. Yes,I am working with different races and cultures. For me it is not so hard to communicate with them. And of course we were using English as the language to communicate. It's just that, cultures are the factors which makes me feel difficult. It is because they do not understand my cultures and I also do not understand theirs. However, it still can be fixed.
