Have your partner asked you this question before?

If me and your mum or dad drop into the sea, and you can save only one which one will you save? Assuming that both leg cramp or both don't know how to swim. I find this question really irritating, especially when your partner keep forcing to answer the question.

Hmm, no, no one has ever asked me this. It would be easier to answer for me since I have a terrible relationship with one parent (not even speaking), but of course for most people that is a difficult thing to think about. I can see how you would feel irritated being asked that question over and over again. That is somewhat inconsiderate of your partner to continue to do that when it is obviously bothering you.

Well it's most difficult question anyone can answer.. my partner haven't asked me. and I hope she won't ask me too :) but yeah I will try to save both and you can't say surely anything as both are your most loving person of your life.

No, my boyfriend has never asked me that before. He does ask lots of 'what ifs' but hes never asked that one. And I can see why he wouldn't. Its not fair of your boyfriend to ask that of you. He is ultimately asking you to pick which one you would save out of three people you love deeply. I dont even think anyone could rightfully asnwer this question unless they had reasons for strongly disliking their parents. I would tell your boyfriend that it is an unfair question to ask and it is a highly unlikely set of circumstance that most likely will never happen. So he has no reason to care or worry about it.
