Whats the most useful Unit of Cellphone?

There are really a lot of unit of cellphones that are now in the market. Each have their own features. I plan to buy one soon. I'm still undecided to what unit I should buy. Which do you think does have useful features, fast and easy to use. Hi end cellphones seems to be too expense but does have limited feature. Can you help me out of this.
