not alwaz do these shows bring up real talent! sometimes I think they are biased towards good looking candidates only so can't rely on the quality of candidates that are finally chosen!

More than good talent, it about good marketing. In the recent kids talent show, it was seen that there were announcements in the candidate's locality to vote. Of course now we know of cards being given. Just another Thamasha!

I think they do find undiscovered talent. But, the people who win these contests aren't capable of having more than 15 minutes of fame which is probably why they were undiscovered in the first place.
