I pick my Home as my best place to remove stress. I can just lie down in my bed and sleep or I can just go to my computer and mylot. Mylot is such a great stress reducer and at the same I can make money off of it.Watching TV at my house is pretty good too because it can take my mind off of things that are causing me problems even for just a while.

IF it is a place outdoor, I definitely prefer a stroll along the beach. That relaxes me well. If it is at home, I have a reading corner in my living room. I take a book, and put on some instrumental music, and read till I am sorted.

I find the best place to relax is a tropical island. I have visited many of those like in the Seychelles, the Maldives, Samoa, French Polynesia, the Cook Islands, Fiji and Belize. I love to walk along white sandy palm fringed beaches and feel the warm sunshine on my skin. I enjoy snorkeling to see brightly colored fish and sting rays. When I am at home I like to read a book, hold some of my crystals, cuddle a hot water bottle. I find it relaxing to go for a walk in the countryside. I have reduced stress by cycling. I sometimes chill out and get rid of stress by listening to music. I often like to dance to the tunes I hear to relax my muscles.

I really feel good when I am in the badminton court. It is so fun and enjoyable to be at play with people I meet there. It is my way of getting stress away especially that I get to laugh while playing. I used to play (and still playing) with high school students who are just so natural in everything they do. It is really good to be a child again. I always laugh at how they tease each other and sometimes how one cries as a result of these teasing. But, of course, I am always there to stop them when they go out of control.
