What's the best form of exercise for someone just beginning and totally out of shape?

You should try either yoga or pilates! :) When I first started doing pilates, I was sore the next day...but I kept on. It is awesome... I love both Pilates and Yoga. Good luck! :)

Pushing yourself away from the table.....always a good start.
