Loving beauty is the nature of us human beings, not only for women, but also for men. Therefore, the industries related with beauty have sprung out, such as: cosmetology, hairdressing and body-fitting,etc. Generally speaking, the industries related with beauty are usually prosperous. To be honest, do you love beauty? Have you ever got the experience of showing-off? Will you get yourself engaged in these industries related with beauty? Are you tired with people who like showing-off?

No matter how humble the person will be, there will be such cases that he tends to show off, of course all of us are proud of ourselves and our achievements.. but there must be a limitations of showing-off to avoid resentments from other people.

When it comes to showing-off, all people are equal and the have the right to show off, even if they are the poor. So, if we have made a difference, or gain some achievements, then we may tend to show off and are proud of ourselves. But unluckily, there are always some people who are good at bragging and have no limitations of showing-off, which is really annoying.

Loving beauty is loving the nature. Nature only gives the beauty. To be frank with all my mylottians, I love the beauty of nature and beauty of the human beings irrespective of their gender. Again it is human tendency to show off or boasting about the beauty and achievements. I never engaged with the industries related with beauty. I never tired with people who like showing off. I will always keep some distance with the people those who are showing off.

I stay away from most industries related to the beauty that is only skin deep, but I do like to look nice and have nice things to some extent. I just like to keep it all fairly simple. I am a big show-off in other areas, however. I like to win in public. Although it is possible to both look good and be smart, if I had to choose I would pick smart. Because I am a show-off myself (although I try to be somewhat tactful and reasonable about it) then I cannot criticize others for the same thing ;-)

I have known alot of kids when I was younger that were showoffs but I have never joined in. Oh, that is not to say that I don't wear a new sweater or pair of shoes but is that really showing off? I guess to some degree it may be considered such. I guess it depends. Is dressing up in your nicest outfit showing off? Is going out and buying an outfit for a special occasion showing off? Now beauty is a different matter and I don't think I ever did show off in that arena. I do love beauty as in a painting or beautiful human.

To be honest yes...there are some time that we tend to show off. Like for example some of my friends way back in highschool had a cusmetic surgery to peel off some pimple scars which they brag to the whole group whenever we had time to go out on a girls out day. They are so proud that they could afford such thing. But I would answer that I was proud not anymore going through such any surgery since I do not ever had a problem with pimples. Just like that. But I know it is already showing off.

I'm not into showing off at all, but when I had the third or fourth of nine bouts with cancer, the oncological staff taught me that looking your best can really make you feel better, and it does! Even when I was bald from chemotherapy, well-applied make up and nicely put-together wardrobe was good for my attitude, which helps with healing! I also love that my husband tells me very often that I look great!

I appreciate natural beauty, which is not the same as what the cosmetic/beauty industry is pushing. To put stuff all over a woman's face and make her look like someone she's not is almost a crime--against her and against all women. They make us think we are not naturally beautiful and need all that stuff to be attractive. I do not wear makeup or scents. If people think I'm ugly, that's their loss. Everyone has at least one or two features that are truly beautiful features to their face.

Its only natural for people to try and look good. Not just cosmetics but also dressing, etc. I have nothing against people who apply lot of make-up. I actually find it amusing to see people look like jokers.

i do like and appreciate beauty be in terms of the physical and inner beauty. Thought the most visible is the external beauty as what the eyes see and most of the times a person is judged by their appearance. though, beautification products and the people who are compassionate to buy beauty products could not be control as they are enjoying it and the end results makes them happy using those products. The only things which is annoying when a person becomes addicted that most of her money goes to buying beauty products that it end up as a materialistic person mask by the products that they tend to forget that in simplicity one could find happiness without excessive showing off.

Nobody is perfect. We can all try to be humble but eventually we do show off about one thing or another in our lifetime. I think what you're referring to is vanity, perhaps? I would also say the same about vanity as well.

Hi, I've been involved in the beauty industry. I was a model in the past and a make-up artist. I love beauty but not with showing off I guess. I think it's whatever you're comfortable with, for my mum she loves fashion and make-up but these day's I'm more casual. I think it depends where you are located and what level of experience you have to be prosperous in the field.

Oh, I never showed off! I think it is one of the worst thing someone could do. Indeed, If you have some particularability, or you are handsome, there is no doubt that these facts do not depend on you. In other words, you have been lucky! So there is no reason to show off!

When I was in primary school I used to show off frequently becuase I performed well in school and most of teachers liked me. Always I showed off and even boasted in front of my colse friends. When I got into the key senior middle school I was not excellent anymore and definitly not handsome. I realized the fact so I have never shown off since then, only been with my study instead. I addmite that I like to pursue beauty, but the kind that means more widely.
