Weight can take a long time to take off. This can be alarming. Because you so want it off, and it is so necessary to come off. Also your parents and others are meaner when this happens, and I know this because I am overweight. To lose weight you just got to do it. Also you will know that in the past you have been overweight, and this may be a reminder to keep it up. Also it will be like a little ghost reminding you that you are human. I do have problems with this. It is hard. We want to be whole, but have to wait. We have to wait to lose weight. And also persist. It is a thing of will and time. I don't have any exercises, you probably already know some. I think that if you just keep doing these you will get there. I bet variety is good. Cardio can actually also help to burn fat.

Brother you need to change your workout plan. Just doing sit-ups wont make you lose belly fat. You need to do a lot of cardio. 3 times a week combined with some weightlifting programm will give the best results. 20min of cardio and 50min of weightlifting session is enough. Also make sure you drink a lot of water and have a low carbs diet. Hope that helped. :)

If you have fat on your tummy it doesnt matter how many situps you do, you wont see the results. Make sure you are getting in plenty of cardio along with doing crunches to see the max amount of difference. Also, you will need to make sure your are doing your side crunches and reverse crunches. Good luck!!

my best advise for you is first, look into your diet-you must have well plan diet (diet is choices of food you eat, emphasize in low glycemic carbs, protein and healthy fats (monosaturated)) and eat small six meals a day to keep your metabolism going, thus facilited burning of your fats, second have a regular cardio-exercise, 20-30 mins. a day and your heart beat must be under fat burning zone rate...

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.
