Yes, November and december are good months for all the people who are working in a company. These two months have lots of holidays, isn't it?

I was not aware that Thanksgiving was celebrated in India. How long has it been a holiday there?

Hi, sanuanu. Yes, thanksgiving can be a great thanks at times. Many employees benefit from this incentive of a holiday. They are glad when the holidays come so that they can get a break. It gives them time to relax and get the things done that they have been putting off. It does feel good to be able to have a few days off from work due to a holiday. I enjoyed the holiday breaks when I was in school. So, I know how you feel too. Enjoy your break and your Thanksgiving!

Yes, I recall having a few four day week-ends. It was always refreshing and exciting to have some time away but always good to get back to it too! Like reassurance that the time away was disserved by coming back and find the position still in need of you. Don't you think?

Yes, we all have duties in our life and these small breaks refreshes ourself from the pressure under which we are working. Whatever it is, I am not good in making philosophical sentences, so I will say that I enjoyed my holidays and now I am ready to do my job!

And how was your time off? I had the week off and we had Thanksgiving dinner at my house. Friday and Saturday I went to San Francisco and met some friends. Sunday was a lazy day...

Haha, though we Chinese don't have this day as an official holiday, I appreciate thanks giving day very much. It is such a good occasion that reminds us to express our profound thanks to others and the life. This is really a good day. Glad you have four-day holiday. Enjoy it!

Ah, I enjoyed it a lot. That is why I said, thanks to thanksgiving. I have gone to visit my home, although it was only for 3 days but still your home is your home and nothing can be compared to it, isn't it?

Now that’s something to be thankful for! We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia so for us it’s an ordinary two day weekend, darn it! Although we don’t have a holiday I think it would be nice to have a little ponder on all the things we are grateful for anyway because, I don’t know about you, but I don’t do it often enough! I am going to make a list of all the good things while you guys enjoy your long weekend; that can be the first thing on your list! Have a good one!
