It may be as a friend or a lover but there is just something that keeps pulling you together and you like being around that person for some unexplained reason.Where I am from ,people would say "Mi spirit tek you " which translated means that there is something in you that enables our aura or "spirit " to co-habit harmoniously. Then on the other hand there are some people ho are the exact opposites ,for some strange reason you just cant feel entirely comfortable around teh person and again the reason seems unclear. You might not even know the person fully but for some strange reason they instantaneously rub you the worng way.It may even be a case that it some strnage reason like they remind you of someone else or their walk. Have you ever had that experience where you instantly form alike or dislike on first impressions?

My best friend of 20 years, we bonded within minutes of meeting each other. My husband grew on me, when I met him 30 years ago..I couldn't stand him.

Hello my friend ronnyb Ji, Your discussionspertains to a factor like Naturalfreequency among all livings including human-beings, animals, insects, plants etc etc. To site an example, after listening some music, we appriciate, we tooo start moving our feet and head, it meants freequency of music has resonated with person's natural freequency. Like smoker will always go near another smoker and it is also apllicable to drinker also. So at first site, we become as old as un-imaginable. We have a family riend since 1974, whereas, my hubby ha sbeen cut-off with many near relations. It is mis-match of freequency. Wishing you a very happy Chrismas and New Year-2010. May God bless You and have a great time.

I just went on a first date with a guy yesterday. Honestly I didnt think it would be an instant connection but it was. The connection was so strong I was asked for a second date halfway through the first date. I believe that im a believer in like at first sight now. Love takes time but im instantly in like with him!

When I first met the guy I'm with, I had like the instant feelings for him. Not love at first site or anything, but a lot more than just lust. If it was just that, then I don't think that I would trust myself enough to be with him right now! We began to spend more and more time together, and eventually started to go out! It was so nice! So I'm really glad I had that instant thing with him.

The very few close friends that I have, I find likable on the first meeting. This is also one of the reasons why I never lose track of friends because I rarely make acquaintances, but try to go the extra mile to be really close friends with those who I feel a connection. Same goes for relationships. I have had several boyfriends, but none of them are like my present boyfriend. The past boyfriends, I could live without them and there was nothing that really pulled me to them.

Yep. I have only had this happen to me one time in my whole life though. I met a very nice lady online and we have become very good friends. We get along very well and we hit it off right from the start. She is my best friend also.

I have experienced both.I normally find that the ones ,I dislike for no reason are in some way like me .Generally its a negative thing about myself. Following your intuition is your best guide. I like the phrase you wrote Mi Spirit Tek You.

yes, my last boyfriend. we met in a chatroom and we kind of like each other more after we met in person. we were together for 3 years i guess but on an on-and-off status. it's a long distance relationship. we're still friends though he has a family now.. too bad we were away from each other, it could have work. hehehe..

I have often mentioned the fact that there are unexplainable instances of instant like or dislike for a person sometimes. I met a lady at my daughter’s playgroup about seven years ago who was very nice to me but I disliked her immediately. I felt so guilty because she had done nothing to me and here I was not being able to stand her. It wasn’t that she was an irritating person; it was more of energy from her which wasn’t right! I had the opposite reaction to someone only lately; a lovely lady I met at my daughter’s dancing. She is warm, funny and easy to talk to. I have no idea why I had these two very different reactions. It’s a chemistry thing between individuals I think. Go figure!

ya it has happened with me once. I met a person and instantly started like her. The way she talked and her body language was very graceful. i felt a sense of belonging with that person. I felt like i know that person since ages. There a bright spark in the way she spoke. There was lot of positive energy in the way she talked.

I graduated high school two years ago, I am now engaged to the love of my life. During high school, i saw this boy at a football game (who is currently my fiance) who i was immediately attracted to. Now, let me explain something about myself, i am not a desperate girl who falls in love with every cute boy i see. Things like this usually do not happen to me. We did not meet that night, however, after high school graduation, i met him the summer before college. Before we met, i always thought of him and hoped that one day we would meet. For some reason i never forgot my immediate attraction to him. After we began dating, we shared a lot of things about ourselves (including my attraction to him at that high school football game) and as it turns out! he felt the same way about me! He too felt that attraction. I believe in fate-and soulmate. Because i found my love at first site.
