I used to play volley ball before to keep physically healthy. Volley ball is one of my favorite games. I still like to play the game. But, these days, I rarely get the time for such games. So, I just do exercises at home or when I have a bit more time, I would go out jogging along the park ways. That keeps me refreshed, active, and healthy. How about you ? What do you do to keep healthy ? What is your favorite way to keep healthy ? Do you like playing sport games too ?

yes,exercise is an indispensable part to good health.i take yoga courses from time to time.it's refeshing and improves my body's flexibility.and swimming,and jogging.they are the sports i'm most into. but,a healthy diet is important,too. and my favourite way to keep healthy is to eat right and exercise proper.i could never figure out which one i like better/

You certainly have excellent plans and thoughts to keep healthy. I agree with you fully that a healthy diet is important too. Me too, I always stay away from foods which I am allergic to.

Hi. I'm not really into exercising...and I'm not proud of it. I really don't have the discipline to exercise on a regular basis. But my husband and I jog in a public park near our house every weekend. I also drink plenty water.

Jogging in the park has become my favorite way too these days. I go out to the park in the evenings after I get back home from work, if the weather is favorable. That's very refreshing, indeed.

I love playing volleyball too. I used to play for my office during our inter-department sports fest but it has been 2 years since our last tournament. It is also my way of keeping healthy but now that i do not play anymore, i do not have any exercise to keep me healthy than walking a few minutes when going to the market.

Hello Sweetie. How are you ? Yes, me too. I cannot play volley ball any more, cannot keep up to the speed. Instead, jogging has become my way of exercizing. Walking is good too. Walking in the shopping malls is a good way to stay active.

I do a lot more in the summer than I do at this time. I like hiking. I also try to eat things that are good for me.

A Healthy balance meals keep s body healthy. Exercise is also one of the good steps to attain good physical body build up to burn out some excess calories. I tend to involve myself to mind game activities, puzzles for mind exercise. Even, see life in a positive way to avoid worries and depressions. Lastly, always Smile to make your day bright and healthy too.

I certainly agree that it is absolutely necessary to keep mentally active, healthy, and happy. That certainly helps keeping the health. I have been practising mindfulness meditation too every evening after I get back home from work.

sport is tennis, food have to be healthy, I work and study and I walk all day in one plays to other. Doing some special sport in the bad is very healthy of course. And the most important things is smile, smile and smile.

I do like playing tennis too. As I get older, tennis is too fast for me. I just can't catch the ball any more. You are doing very well. I like what you say "smile, smile, smlie". That should be very helpful !

There are many ways. But one of the best ways is meditation, fasting once a week on nothing but water... Also regular yoga and pranayama. It's just amazing. I do ashtanga yoga once in a while, not been so regular now... But still, my body remains in good shape and I am just fine now and feel amazingly good, along with my meditations. Keeps my head positive, and am just alive with good energy all the time. As long as the mind stays relaxed, and you feel happy from within surely, your health will always remain in tact. I love playing cricket which has been a long time now, and also love playing Badminton. Off late, I've not had much of opportunity to indulge in any sport games. But I love walking, trekking long hours. Especially, walking is extremely good for the heart. Swimming above all is the best exercise in sports and fitness.

I have been practising mindfulness meditation every evening after I get back home from work. That has become my favorite way for relaxation and getting rid of the stresses of the long day. Yes, meditation is very good for mental as well as physical relaxation.

hi Greenline,I workout daily in the gym and take some good food rich in proteins and vitamins which help me to put on some muscles and especially in winters i tend become lazier when compared to others seasons so i would play volley ball in our colony ground so i get to replace my workouts with this and i love this game i would quit gym in winters and i love playing volley ball in rains.have you ever tried this its real fun out there.gud day.

Oh yes, volley ball used to be my favorite game since my high school years. I very much enjoy playing volley ball. But, these days, I cannot participate in sports games any more. I have to stay on with jogging in the park.

As you do, i used to doing exercise regularly in my place, just jogging and sometimes running and walking in the morning. I also often playing my favorite sport, it's a football. I think an exercise is the best way to improve immune system and keeping our healthy. Good luck and happy mylotting.

I used to play volleyball before, almost every evening. But, those days are gone now. So, I have to stay on with jogging as a way of exercize. Football would certainly be a very good sport to keep active.

Walking is my way to keep healthy. I always make it a point to go for at least 1/2 of walking early in the morning. The fresh air makes me active throughout the day.

That is good. It is best to do one's preferred exercize regularly. That certainly helps relaxing and getting rid if the stresses, physical and mental as well. I go out to the park for walking and jogging every evening too.

well ,for me ,there is rare for me to do sports .lol.i think the good way to let me keep health is just sleep. i want to sleep when i got tired .maybe just because i am so busy these days ,so i just want a bed for me fall sleep. i think there is much ways to keep health ,many aspects ,base on body ,oh ,so much .there is so much books published about health. just choose what you like ,right ?

Yes, there are very good books on the subject, and from time to time, there are good articles in the magazines and newspapers too. One can choose the way that one finds convenient and practisable, of course. Good sleep is indeed very relaxing.

My favorite way to stay healthy is going running in the morning with my boyfriend and my four dogs. It's always an interesting run and it's always nice to have a companion with you to exercise with. It always seems to go by faster when someone is with you. I also like playing softball and yoga. Yoga helps with overall health, stress and flexibility. If you do yoga now, when you start getting older you wont feel it in your joints as much.

Yes, many people do yoga. That has become a very popular way for keeping healthy, for men and women. There is a centre here not too far from my house for doing yoga in the evenings, and I see the place is full always.

I try to walk three times a week to keep healthy. I also do floor exercises on the days I don't walk. It's been too cold and wet to walk outside so I go to the mall to walk. I also like to ride horseback as exercise but it' been too cold and wet for that, too. In fact, the therapeutic riding center where I volunteer is closed down for the winter because we have too many bad days in the winter to do any riding. I also like to swim, but then again, it's been too cold and wet for that. We have a natatorium here in Jasper that has an indoor pool and one of these days, I would like to go try it. I had a membership at a local gym several years ago and I used to swim in their indoor pool all the time. Kathy

Oh yes, the weather has a lot of influence on how we can do exercizes. My favorite exercize is jogging, but then a gain, I can go jogging in the park only if the weather is favorable. You do horseback riding too ? That's wonderful !

In order to keep healthy you must follow a routine of a nutritious diet and good exercise. Walking is the best exercise, for 30 minutes to an hour a day. The best foods to eat are fruits and vegetables alongwith lean meat which will keep you very healthy. If you are interested in games, it is even better since you will exercise with the sport that you love.

Yes, I agree with you. We have to eat nutritious diet and do exercizes regularly. I am not a vegetarian, but I certainly prefer veggies to meat. I would stay away from fatty foods especially.
