Do you often lie to your boss?

If you call in sick and pretend to have a sick...do your boss believe you? or do you just tell your boss you have an emergency in your house just to go find time to rest? Before, I am thins kind of employee..but now I realized it's really not good and can become a habit.
How about you? do you lie often? why? or why not?

because I have another job which same with the main job at the office, I often lie to my boss. indeed, Lying was a mistake but if I did not lie, I not get extra income ... so, in my opinion, lied to superiors is a good thing if you want to get extra income ...

oh...it is really ?....we get some extra money lying to others also our boss and superiors?... i don't understand your stuations but i think laying derect to realted to your personal quality.if you laying front in your boss you don,t avoided laying to your friends ,fanily memberes..... you maybe gradually habitated laying habit....good luck...

maybe sometime lying to ur boss is better than always honest to him.when i am not in the mood of working i'd like to watch a movie or do something else to relax myself, but i never lied to him,he always say it does not matter and he can understand me.however i always thought maybe he will feel better to know i am always in a good mood of working,so why not to hide my real feeling and make him happy.
